3. Subscriptions & Payment

• The service is offered via monthly or annual subscription plans listed on the pricing page.
• Accounts are activated after payment of the agreed subscription fees.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice to existing subscribers.
• There is no commission on your store's sales — subscription fees only.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information upon registration.
• Keep your account login credentials confidential.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful or non-compliant activity.
• Respect intellectual property rights of displayed products and content.

5. Limitation of Liability

Yqeen for Training makes every effort to ensure service continuity and security, but is not liable for any indirect losses resulting from service interruptions beyond its control or misuse of the platform by the user.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your store data is retained for a grace period after the subscription ends. Refunds are subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of subscription.

7. Changes to Terms

Yqeen for Training reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying users of material changes via email or the platform.
